I am an Accused-Victim No. 1 in false dowry case booked and charged against me on the file of ------------ PS, vide reference (i) cited above. The case is on-going on the file of CRIMINAL Court, City, vide reference (ii) cited above. The allegations are charged U/s 498a-IPC against me versus State of ------ . Further, the case has come very close to trial.
Therefore, in order to defend my-self/case in the Honourable Court, I, need my Cell/Mobile
Call & SMS Details. Further, this information would be helpful to prove my case before the Honourable Court. Hence, this petition.

THIS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED BY AN RTI APPLICATION, after a week or 10 days.
RESULT:
YOU WILL COME TO KNOW (YES/NO) IF THERE IS REALLY ANY EVIDENCE SUBMITTED TO THE STATION, only if you file will an RTI other wise they dont even care/consider about your application/petition.
THEN depending upon the answer or deemed refusal from the PIO (SHO) you file an appeal to the first appellate authority (SP/CP), Still not satisfied with first appellate authority, then you can prefer
second appeal to your state commission for information.
Still you can file complaint to state commission parallely for fine and punishment against PIO only.
Both appeal and complaint will run together parallely
Dont forget to send the filed complaint copy to the PIO. Then send second appeal filed copies to the PIO and FAA
