In the months of March ‘2009 to May ‘2009, I have deposited cash (approximately an amount of Rs. 28,000/- to 32000/-) three to five times in your branch @..........




Kindly Provide in certified copies as provided U/s 2(j)(ii) of RTI Act as hereunder:




1) I need the copy (deposit slip) of the highest amount made out of these deposits.




Note: I am not seeking any 3rd party information, however, I am seeking only the deposits (deposit slips) made by me.

The information as the case may be furnished within time prescribed.  I am available on mobile for further clarification in need be.
